Return & Refund Policy – Ophexi

At Ophexi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags are still attached

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at support@ophexi.com with the following details:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return (optional)

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was received.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item (for a different size or color), please mention it in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not meet our return conditions.

Ophelia, a fashion student with a clear vision, was packing orders from a garage — sometimes alone, sometimes with her mother or a close friend.
